Residue reserves the right to refuse service, suspend access, or cancel orders where suspicious activity, inaccurate information, or policy violations are identified. Users must ensure that all information provided during purchase or account setup is accurate and up to date.

Use of platform: By using this page, you agree not to attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service availability, or submit false identity/payment details.
You further agree not to misuse the platform in any way that may harm Residue, its systems, or other users. Any attempt to exploit, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform may result in immediate suspension of access and potential legal action.

Privacy and data: Contact, access, and purchase information may be processed for account management, fulfillment, fraud prevention, and support, in line with applicable privacy law.
By using this platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information for operational purposes. Residue implements reasonable safeguards to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted online.

Payments and invoicing: Orders are subject to payment authorization and stock availability. Invoices, payment status, and order events may be recorded in our secure systems for operational and compliance purposes.
All payments are processed through secure third-party providers. Residue does not store full card details and relies on trusted payment gateways for transaction processing.

Order processing and delivery: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from confirmed payment. Customisation requests, including logo engraving or personalised details, are completed during this processing period.
Delivery timelines depend on the selected shipping method and destination within South Africa. Standard delivery typically occurs within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Customers will be notified once their order has been shipped.
Each order includes a Residue NFC card and protective packaging. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations or external factors beyond our control.
Please note that Residue currently operates exclusively within South Africa. Orders are only accepted from customers and businesses based in South Africa, and delivery is limited to addresses within the country. We do not offer international shipping at this time, and our services are intended solely for use within the South African market.

Returns and refunds: Due to the custom nature of our product, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. If you have any issues with your order, please contact our support team for assistance.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Verified issues may qualify for a replacement or appropriate resolution at Residue’s discretion.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method.

Digital service and access Each purchase includes access to a personalised digital profile page linked to the NFC card. This page is accessible when the card is tapped on a compatible device and can be updated by the user.
Access to the digital profile is provided for an ongoing period, subject to platform availability and acceptable use. Residue reserves the right to update, maintain, or improve the digital service to ensure performance and security.
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate, lawful, and appropriate content on their profile page.

IP and brand rights: Residue name, marks, page content, and visual assets remain the intellectual property of Residue and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Unauthorized use of Residue branding or materials may result in legal action.
